God put me to work from the day I was born. The moment I entered the world he named me. He gave me speech that would cut and penetrate. He kept his hand on me to protect me. He made me his straight arrow and hid me in his quiver.”

Isaiah 49:1-2 MSG

About The Founder

Sarah Garry is a woman who is genuinely passionate about seeing others walk fully in God-breathed identity, freedom, and purpose. Rooted in biblical foundation and a burning desire to transform pain into purpose, Sarah has determined to let God be the author and perfecter of her story and to yield her life in helping. She remains confident that the authenticity of our lives and the courage with which we  walk out our individual journey with the Lord is what creates lasting and permanent impact in the world. With over 25 years of ministry and mentoring experience, freedom training, and decades of personal healing, knowledge and equipping herself, Sarah can confidently say that God has long since been preparing her for “such a time as this”.

For these reasons and more, Sarah founded Arrows of Influence, a nonprofit that takes Christian women into a deeper revelation of their Creator and what it looks like to live from a place of acceptance and divine identity rather than for acceptance and identity. She values intentional growth, accountability and support within a community, and the beautiful balance found when practical resources meet divine wisdom and direction. This is why you’ll clearly find this environment within the makeup of Arrows of Influence. Sarah’s goal is that women worldwide will find their way to this organization and leave changed for the better, where they can glimpse back only to reflect on all God has done while moving forward with renewed faith, fresh vision, increased freedom from roadblocks, and connections that will take them into the next assignment God has for them.

Arrows of Influences also partners with ministries and organizations worldwide to provide avenues for participants to continue being equipped and practicing the newfound or newly resurrected mission God has given them. The nonprofit also provides retreat and event space on the property known as New Haven Ranch, along with a place of rest for missionaries, kingdom entrepreneurs, and ministry leaders in need of respite.

Sarah feels incredibly honored to be leading this divinely inspired organization and to also serve in her other fulfilling roles as a wife, mother, and a woman connected to the family and friends she holds dear. Sarah and her husband, Matthew, live near Waco, Texas, on New Haven Ranch, where they remain excited and expectant at all God wants to carry out with His land.
